Jinko Technology and Yunfeng Investment have a good foundation for cooperation. In the future, the two parties will explore the establishment of joint ventures in the field of new energy to jointly carry out project investment and development, and explore opportunities to increase development investment and holdings in the form of establishment of a carbon neutral green fund. New energy projects at home and abroad.
7. Siemens Energy's companies in China achieve 100% green certificate power operation
Siemens Energy announced on September 22 that all of its offices in China and more than a dozen of its production companies have all achieved green certificate-based power operations in 2020. The company promotes the carbon neutral goal of the company's operating system through the International Green Certificate (I-REC) and a series of active emission reduction measures. Siemens Energy also proposed to replace all self-owned vehicles with new energy vehicles by 2030, and neutralize the remaining emissions through a variety of decarbonization methods. By 2030, the company's goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the supply chain by 30% on the basis of 2018.
8. Germany will lower the tax on renewable energy from 2022
German Minister of Economy and Energy Peter Altmaier said that from January 1, 2022, the renewable energy tax or the so-called EEG tax paid by German consumers for electricity consumption is expected to be reduced by one third. The Minister added that this will be the largest reduction in the EEG taxation since its introduction, but this is only the first step towards the complete elimination of this goal, which is expected to be completed within three years. The EEG tax is designed to support the expansion of renewable energy in Germany, and to compensate for the difference between market prices and feed-in tariffs, as well as the market premium paid to electricity producers.
9. Ecuador announces 500MW renewable energy tender plan
The Ecuadorian government has officially announced its plan to launch an open tender process for 500 MW of renewable energy capacity as Unconventional Renewable Energy Block I (ERNC), also known as NCRE.
